For banks
LegalTrek brings litigation, order-for-payment and enforcement cases, documents, tasks, deadlines, legal costs and external counsel together. Management sees the portfolio; lawyers see the next step on every case.
Before: Case information is spread across emails, folders and separate spreadsheets.
With LegalTrek: Every case has one file with documents, tasks, costs and history.
Before: To learn the status of a borrower’s case, you have to ask the lawyer or the law firm.
With LegalTrek: Cases can be filtered by client, stage, amount and responsible lawyer.
Before: Costs are collected from invoices and receipts at month-end.
With LegalTrek: Fees and costs are recorded against the case as they arise.
Before: The management report is assembled by hand from several files.
With LegalTrek: Reports on cases, stages and costs are available at any time.

Calendar, tasks and reminders. Case developments can be tracked through the e-Justice portal (EPEP) — the scope is agreed during implementation.
Roles and permissions: everyone sees only the cases and documents assigned to them, and the activity history stays in the case file.
Court fees, expert deposits, external counsel fees and enforcement agent fees — reported by case, client and team.
Active cases by stage, workload, amounts in dispute, costs and outcomes. The metrics follow your bank’s data and definitions.
If no objection is filed, the case moves directly from the order for payment to enforcement.
The lawyer opens a case file for the borrower, adds the contract and documents, and assigns tasks. In order-for-payment proceedings they record the application, court events and costs. If an objection leads to litigation, the link to the original case file is kept. During enforcement they track the enforcement agent, fees and actions. An authorised manager can view a report on the whole portfolio at any time.
The diagram shows the typical path of a case, not automatic transitions. Stages and templates are configured for each bank.
Connections to the bank’s lending, risk, document management or accounting systems are delivered as a dedicated project after analysis. A local or private installation in an environment that meets the bank’s requirements is also possible, following a technical assessment.
